Our fitness programs are open to everyone! No matter what level athlete you are (novice to professional or even injured) we work with you to create a customized plan based on your goals and unique body. Everyone deserves a chance to discover their strength.
Each of our programs are tailored to the individual, so you will never start at a level that is too hard or dangerous for you to do.
In the initial session, Erin or Brendan will take the time to do a complete fitness assessment in order to understand where your body is and the current limits you are working with. At FemTribe, we want you to train with us exactly as you are. We will work with you wherever you are, and safely get you where you want to go.
