What happened to FemTribe...


Why FemTribe?

As a trainer, I work with a plethora of different body types, personalities, ages, and genders, but my specialty is women and women’s weight loss. I love helping people learn about their bodies and showing them healthy ways to reach their individual fitness goals. In today’s society, it is so easy to get caught up in what media wants us to look like (and this is especially prevalent for women), so when I work with clients, I focus on changing their perspective of their body and fitness from a healthy and acceptance based lens. This is not to say that we can't set goals and work hard to achieve them, but we do so because we love our bodies, not because we are trying to punish them.  

I got into personal training because I wanted to help people learn how to love and shape their bodies into something they are proud of. As someone who has struggled with an eating disorder, I aim to educated women about their bodies from a place of love and acceptance. And how to fight for the body they have.

With FemTribe, I want to further help my clients, other women, fitness fanatics and whoever is on a journey to better health and self-love, to explore healthy recipes, challenging exercises, motivational thoughts and discussions on current health topics. Fitness has changed my life in so many wonderful and powerful ways, and it is my hope that I can pass on some of the knowledge I have gained through my journey thus far, in order to help others.
