As some of you may know, I am slightly obsessed with Quest Bars. They are low in calories, high in protein, and contain very little sugar! Sometimes I use them as a snack, post workout treat, or I will bake them in the evening into a little treat to eat as a dessert.
I felt the need to make a post about them because so often people ask me about power/energy/granola bars that are good to take on the go. And my answer will always be, QUEST BARS!!
