Healthy Brownie Bites (No, it's not too good to be true)

I love chocolate. And let's be honest… who doesn't! For me, night time is when my sweet tooth cravings really start to kick in, so in order to combat that, I have to have a few healthy treats ready for me so that I won't break my diet and mess up all the progress I make during the day.

So in order to satisfy my chocolate cravings, I came up with these tasty chocolate brownie bites. Not only are they good for you, but they are really easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed thoroughly

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

1/3 cup honey (you could also use agave nectar, but I like honey)

1/2 cup oats

1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoon of stevia

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor, except for the chocolate chips, until smooth.

Mix in chocolate chips by hand.

Place mixture in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Once hard, take a spoon and form 1/2 inch round balls. Place in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
