Burn Baby! (Quad, Glute, and Core Burner)

Want a new sequence to add to your workout routine this week? Try this sequence for a guaranteed burn. Great for tightening up your entire body and burning a lot of fat.

When I do this sequence, I repeat the entire thing four (4) times with 1-2 minute breaks between each set. But start with at least two sets!
